A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO GROWING CAREERS
Our sales and marketing plan is unique. We offer two varying methods of sales: inside sales and outside sales opportunities. Optilumen deals with and enjoys agreements with large major lighting distributors in the country and internationally . Our sales staff (inside and outside sales) are responsible to contact our existing clients and of course generate new business.
We provide existing and current distributors accounts waiting to hear about our dynamic and breakthrough product that is perfect for today’s lighting projects.
The training resources we provide are anything but ‘one size fits all.’ They span various types and methods of learning, from individual development plans, to one-on-one mentoring, to online courses and beyond. Program offerings include, but are not limited to:
- Classroom Training
- Online video training library
- Clear Growth Paths
- On site site training is “hands on!”
Through the use of our online management training system, Optilumen University, we provide our Associates with a job-specific curriculum or a position development plan that includes online and facilitated training plus sales training from the experts. The two day program is product specific and ends with a “round table” format with our top producers and a fact filled “Q & A”.
INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLANS
Everyone is different and we are certainly aware of those differences. That’s why our Individual Development Plans are so valuable. They are developed between the Associate and their manager to provide what’s needed to help prepare for career growth. Of course we expect sales results but an individual designed platform is our difference.
